OUR STORY
We are a company whose roots go back to the 50’s with Mr. Lorenzo, an Italian immigrant and civil engineer who passed on his passion for construction and left a mark on his family. Today, after a long and hard work together with architects, engineers, designers and a group of women and men trained in many areas of construction, in March 2023 we started a journey to the creation of “Grupo POU Asistencia Integral en la Construcción.”
Our story did not happen overnight; we had an exhaustive process of more than 3 years of training and data collection that allowed us to discover that the pandemic not only generated a disparity in the economy, but that women were the most affected, having to leave their jobs or being fired without just reason.
Therefore, we decided to create a company that contributes in a sustainable way in the economy, a company with Corporate Social Responsibility. We are committed to our employees and their families and society by improving the social capital and quality of life of the community, with Sustainable and Sustainable Projects that collaborate with the environment, including solar panels and promoting green spaces.
In our beginnings we only work in the territory of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (Argentina), but we are proud to say that Grupo Pou is moving forward consolidating itself as a leader in green spaces, public lighting, construction and remodeling of family properties and industries, not only in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (Argentina) but also in the whole Province of Buenos Aires (Argentina) and in different provinces of our country such as Córdoba and Neuquén, among others.
RESPONSABILIDAD SOCIAL EMPRESARIAL (RSE)
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is more than a commitment, it is the way companies have the opportunity to contribute to society and human development and to become aware of the actions in our business management.
In Grupo Pao the CSR is represented by our commitment to organizations that contribute to society with goals that go beyond obtaining economic benefits. We are associated with organizations that we believe do their best for society and its individuals, for example with the Arco Violeta Civil Association: Help and Prevention in gender-based violence and since last year with the non-governmental, humanitarian and educational organization “El arte de vivir Foundation, with whom we organized workshops and volunteers for the Group Pou’s staff. This year, “El arte de vivir” joined in sponsoring the activities carried out by Arco Violeta Civil Association, aimed at the youth of our country.

It is very important that the private sector and the third sector join forces to accompany those people who need to find their bearings in life and achieve an inner harmony that will allow them to improve their relationships and lead a healthy life without problematic consumption.

Our Institutional Relations area is looking for companies, unions and third sector organizations to build a strategic alliance and people who are interested in sponsoring social inclusion such as the labor quota for women and young people in vulnerable situations and also to support in the educational training of those who need it.

Environment
We take care of the maintenance of the drainage network with its corresponding infrastructure works, as well as the integral maintenance of green spaces and urban trees. We have built squares and parks in several locations in order to continue maintaining the green spaces of the city and the province.
Urban public trees are a crucial element of the city's ecosystem.
Their environmental benefits are essential to make life in the city more pleasant and harmonious. They absorb carbon dioxide, release oxygen, retain rainwater, among others.
The service we offer for their maintenance consists of recognizing, photographing and representing each tree specimen in the city with its own flower bed for its preservation.

We provide infrastructure maintenance services. We carry out hygiene, cleaning and the last stage of work. We also provide public and private building maintenance. We have executed construction and infrastructure adaptation works both in the private sector as in family homes, as well as in the public sector like in squares, parks, among others.

ENHANCEMENT OF SERVICE STATIONS
Cleaning and maintenance for companies, private homes and gated communities.
At the crucial moment of finishing a construction site, we offer a complete deep cleaning service for various spaces, from offices to industrial sheds. In addition, we prepare the spaces for the move with our pre-move cleaning, guaranteeing a clean environment, ready to start a new stage.
We provide a deep and complete cleaning service at the end of the works: we remove paint stains, rest of material on floors and walls leaving the floors clean and shiny, we vacuum the dust from every corner; cleaning of railings, under countertops, stairs, glass, frames. Treatment of stainless steel, hydro cleaning of fronts and sidewalks; cleaning of stones, among others.
Depending on the square meters of the surface to be cleaned, amount of glass and the complexity of the work, we will determine the amount of days of execution of the work.
